Floral Fun with Whitney Port Designs

I tested recently with photographer Gary Steer, and models one model, Ana Neborac. The stylist on the shoot was a personal friend of mine, Nicki Gillon. Nicki has worked with loads of brands so it was brilliant to work on this shoot with her. The clothing collection Nicki selected was the Whitney Port range for Very.co.uk, gorgeous floaty lines, floral prints and pastels. Gary had some ideas of the floral print overlay of the finished shots as well, so that worked really well with the hair accessories. Ana is absolutely beautiful, I wanted to keep her hair really sleek as I knew we were adding hair pieces and accessories to it throughout the shoot. I pulled her hair into a high ponytail, lots of hairspray to keep it really sleek. We added in some pink hair pieces into the ponytail to give it an edge. With her make up, I gave her a smokey eye using browns and a touch of plum, eye liner on the waterline to create a smokey effect. I used individual lashes to make the lashes stand out, but still look natural. I contoured her cheekbones, she has amazing definition anyway so just wanted to enhance that even more. Finished with a pastel pink lip gloss, complementing the collection of clothing Nicki had prepared for her. For the finished shots, check them out in the fashion section of my portfolio.
